Returns

We allow returns within 30 days of purchase on unopened, unused items, with tags and/or packaging intact. 

The following items are not eligible for a return:

• undergarments
• tights that have been removed from their packaging
• some special orders
• clearance items
• open stock items
• second life items

We do not charge a restocking fee. 

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

All in-store purchases must be returned in-store.

For online orders, customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us unless the product arrived damaged or defective.  

Holiday Purchase Returns

Enjoy an extended return window for any purchase made between December 1st and December 25th.  Returns for purchases made during this period are accepted until February 1st.
